Shlapak Aviation LLC. specializes in the the sale of aircraft, aircraft parts, engines, and avionics.

New airline development:  Developed   New Eastern Airlines in 1991 and in 2007.  The business plans for both attempts was completed by Simat, Heilenson and Eichner ( SH&E - the premier airline consultants in the world ).     Plan called for 90 aircraft, 50 U.S.cities,and employment of 9000. people. The poor economic times of both start up dates precluded the start of the airline.
